2013 Audi A1 Allroad Crossover
In 2013, automaker Audi is planning to provide a compact crossover, built on the basis of the youth hatchback A1 (photo).
According to European media, the novelty will be called A1 Allroad and will be equipped with four-wheel drive transmission.
The car also will acquire a body turned from model A1 and all sorts of off-road-attributes.
Equipped with Audi A1 Allroad will petrol and diesel engines from 86 to 122 hp
Recall that the stylish Audi A1 hatch sold in Germany since May this year at a price of 15,800 euro.

Lovers of Italian supercars know these prized steeds sit in a league of their own, subject to no comparison. But their respective automakers don’t seem to mind being compared with fighter jets, like the Pagani Zonda Tricolore, the Lamborghini Reventon, or this, the Ferrari F430 SU35 by Status Design.
The Russian tuning house took their inspiration from the SU35 fighter, one of the most advanced aircraft to be created in the pre-stealth era. So the attention-grabbing, high-contrast paint job is a good fit. If the body kit bares a striking resemblance to the 430 Scuderia’s, that’s no coincidence, from the front bumper through the racing stripes to the wheels and door mirrors, with a big old carbon fiber rear wing for good measure.
Status has also recalibrated the ECU and fitted a new exhaust to bump output up from 490 to 525 horsepower, and will gladly bolt a Novitec supercharger kit at the buyer’s request for 700 hp. Have a closer look in the substantial image gallery below.

Hyundai Sonata Earns Top Marks from Consumer Reports
The redesigned Hyundai Sonata has earned an “excellent” score in testing by Consumer Reports, making it one of the top-rated family sedans and scoring just under the four-cylinder Nissan Altima.
The magazine said that the Sonata has “agile handling, a steady ride, good accommodations, easy-to-use controls, and impressive performance and fuel economy for the class.”
Two freshened versions of the Nissan Altima posted “excellent” overall scores, topping tests of four family sedans for the August 2010 issue. Also in the test group were the Suzuki Kizashi, which earned an “excellent” score overall, and the Chevrolet Impala, which earned “good.”
While both versions of the Altima are “recommended,” the Kizashi and Sonata were not recommended because they are too new for Consumer Reports to have reliability data, and the Impala scored too low in testing. Recommended vehicles must perform well in tests, have at least average predicted reliability based on the magazine’s annual auto survey, and perform at least adequately if crash-tested or included in a government rollover test.
